The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with comfortable and clean rooms. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but with a reliable shuttle service to take you there whenever you needed. The staff at the hotel were amazing, providing a high level of service and being very accommodating.

Menu for breakfast could have been more varied.

The Luang Prabang hotel was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was great, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. The resort offered convenient shuttles to town and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. They even cared about the environment, minimizing single-use plastic. a wonderful experience.

There were a few things that we were not happy with during our stay. There were quite a few mosquitoes in our room, which was a bit annoying.

One can enjoy the sunset from the fabulous infinity pool or from the comfort of their lavish room, which offers wonderful views. the staff is polite and helpful, providing exceptional service. the breakfast buffet is varied and tasty.

The hotel may lack guests due to its remote location, which could make it difficult to reach the town center.
